木炭のコンテナ輸送に関するCINSガイドライン

危険物のコンテナ輸送に従事する船舶を所有のメンバーは、国際P&IグループおよびTTクラブ共同で発行された最新のCINSガイドライン「木炭のコンテナ輸送に関するCINSガイドライン」をご参照ください。本ガイドラインは、木炭が国際海上危険物規程(IMDGコード)に定められた要件を遵守のうえ輸送される必要があることを確認するもので、IMDGコードの規定並びに安全な輸送を確保するための追加の注意事項が概説されています。木炭のコンテナ輸送に関するCINSガイドラインは、以下PDFをダウンロードのうえご確認ください。

Members with ships engaged in carriage of dangerous goods in containers are recommended to refer to the latest CINS “Guidelines for the Safe Carriage of Charcoal in Containers”, published in conjunction with the International Group of P&I Clubs and the TT Club.

The Guidelines confirm that charcoal shall be transported in compliance with the requirements set out in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG Code). However, the practices outlined in the attached document include both IMDG Code provisions and additional precautions to ensure safe carriage. The document aims to improve safety during the carriage of charcoal, as well as to ensure that it is properly prepared, declared, packaged, and transported.

This publication supersedes all previous charcoal guidance published by CINS.
