Saidul is a Business Change Analyst at the UK P&I Club, with responsibility for delivering initiatives and business outcomes that align with the Club’s strategic objectives, through making operational improvements, embedding behavioural changes and ensuring benefit realisation. He also supports the delivery of the Club’s IT strategy and develops processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
He joined the UK Club in 2022 and has 22 years of experience in the Safety & Risk Management department as a Senior Crew Health Technician.
