About the course
CAE are leaders in the manufacture of flight simulators and aviation training, both technical and human element. During the course, Members manage the human element at aviation training standards exploring leadership styles, decision making, problem-solving, delegation and error management in everyday situations.

As an extension to this training, we've again partnered with CAE to publish "Maritime Team Dynamics: Lessons from the Flight Deck". This book features 12 aviation incidents, introduces important and transferable lessons from the flight deck and cross-refers to the maritime sector.
