BIMCOがサイバー・セキュリティ条項を発表

BIMCOはサイバー・セキュリティ事故から生じる契約上の問題に関するサイバー・セキュリティ条項を発表しました。

BIMCO has just published a cyber security clause addressing the contractual issues that can arise from a cyber security incident.  The UK Club's Francesco Tundo was a member of the drafting sub-committee. Francesco's article on the clause, found on the UK Defence Club's website, can be accessed here.
