中国：「特別追跡対象船舶の監督・管理規定」を公布

中国海事当局はこの度「特別追跡対象船舶の監督・管理規定」を公布しました。本規定は2023年12月1日より施行され、2013年に制定された「旧規定」は廃止となります。詳しくは、当クラブの北京コレスポンデンツHuatai Marine が発行した回覧PNI [2023] 10をご参照下さい。

Our Club correspondents in Beijing, Huatai Insurance Agency & Consultant Service Ltd. has provided the following update regarding "The Provisions of the Supervision and Administration of Vessels under Special Follow-up"

The Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China has recently formulated and issued "The Provisions of the Supervision and Administration of Vessels under Special Follow-up" (hereinafter referred to as the "Provisions"). The Provisions shall come into force on 1 December 2023, and "the Provisions on the Supervision and Administration of Vessels under Special Follow-up" issued in 2013 shall be repealed simultaneously.
