入港準備のため、パイロットラダーが船側に設置されました。パイロットがはしごを上る間、前代未聞の出来事によりパイロットは重傷を負いました。このビデオは、この事故の教訓および、どうしたら事故が防げたのかを検証しています。

In this Lessons Learnt video: In preparation for arrival in port the pilot ladder was rigged on the side of the vessel. While the pilot climbed the ladder, an unforeseen event caused serious injuries to the Pilot.
