セネガル-入国・税関規制の強化

2019年初頭以来、ダカールに寄港する船舶は、貨物不足や過積載のため、税関による罰金および拘留リスクに直面してきました。近年、ダカールの入国管理局は、乗組員の渡航記録や船員証書が正確であり、最新かつ適切に署名されていることを厳しく要求しています。これらの文書管理が適切でなかった場合、船長の刑事責任追及につながる可能性があります。

Since early 2019, vessels calling in Dakar have been at an increased risk of Customs fines and/or detention for cargo shortages or overloading. Recently, Dakar’s Immigration Services require strictly that crew travel documents and seamen books are to be accurate, up-to-date and properly signed, failing which may result in criminal charges against the Master of the vessel.
