Guidence to Masters, owners and operators in the new reporting obligations and targeting system
We would like to bring to Members' attention a recent case which highlights the dangers for crew in accepting requests from unknown persons to take packages of unknown content onboard a vessel.
The Club would like to remind Members of the impending implementation of the New Inspection Regime (NIR) that is to come into force 1st January 2011 in the Paris MoU area.

The Association would like to inform Members that a large number of whales have recently been reported in the Santa Barbara channel; ships in this area should remain vigilant.
